Every year, the National Sheriffs’ Association holds two conferences to bring together the country’s sheriffs, command staff, and other law enforcement decision-makers.

Campus law enforcement agencies face a variety of unique issues in comparison to their municipal counterparts. While colleges and universities “contribute to the lifeblood of a city” representing a significant portion of the city population, they often come from different communities across the country and the world.
